The Staten Island Rotary Foundation and Staten Island Health Society present $20,000 in gift cards to families afflicted by the hurricane. For the past 25 years, members of the Rotary Club of Staten Island and its Interact Club have manned the Richmond Road gate for the Richmond County Fair. Chairman of this activity is member Rosemarie Scampas, with past president Jerry Amerosi as chairman of the fair
